Dear Club Members and Supporters,

Following yesterdays Dublin City Council North Central Area meeting, we are absolutely delighted to announce that we have been selected to become the new Anchor Tenants of the former Credit Union Building on Blunden Drive! 

In the coming weeks we will begin discussions directly with the DCC Property & Economic Development Department regarding the leasehold.

We would like to thank Tony Flynn, Mick Carroll and Bronagh Corry of DCC for their professional handling of the initial takeover of the building and the fair and professional Expressions of Interest process.

Big thank you also to the 17 voting Councillors. All 17 voted in favour of Ayrfield United Football Club!

Special mention must go to Tom Brabazon who got the ball rolling on this initiative nearly 4 years ago during his time as Councillor and also to Cllr Daryl Barron for his tireless efforts to get it over the line.
